How to explain the word "Gankun"?

"Gan" is heaven, "Kun" is earth, and Gan Kun is two hexagrams in the eight diagrams, which have the meaning of heaven and earth and can be derived into yin and yang, men and women, and Gan represents men and Kun represents women.
