In which year did Vitas attend the Russian New Year Concert?

Vitas attended many New Year concerts, which were assigned to different TV stations.

Cctv broadcasted the new year concert of OPT TV station. In 2003 (four short songs, female soothsayers), 2004 (happy birds), and 2005 (unfortunately).
