Live silently day and night, in order to be quiet; For a long time, my chest was sprinkled. My followers are all sick, so I take water from my salary to feed them, and I am afraid of depression, so I stay with songs and poems; It is unpleasant, polyphonic and winding, mixed with laughter, and you can only forget that it is a disease. Because some people think,' What can a saint do here?' Suddenly, late at night, I realized the purpose of the governor. I'd be surprised if someone talked in their sleep. When I first learned the way of being a saint, I was self-sufficient and it was wrong to look for reasons from things. "

It talks about "realizing the purpose of understanding things", so many experts and scholars think this is "dragon field understanding" If "Dragon Field Understanding" only understands things, it is too superficial. You know, before Wang Yangming arrived at the Dragon Field, there was a morning glow on his chest, which was extraordinary and refined. Since he was a teenager, Mr. Yangming has been struggling for the way of being a saint, hoping to learn from him. Once he was ill with bamboo for seven days and "got nothing". In Longchang, the frustration of officialdom, the honor and disgrace of life, and the pursuit of Liu Jin, the enemy, are not things, only the idea of life and death has not been solved. It can be seen that enlightenment in Longchang is a matter of life and death.

When Wang Yangming was in Longchang, he found a local Miao people to dig a cave for him and cut down trees to make coffins. This is the famous "Dragon Field Enlightenment".
