Reflections on Nine Personality Types

The author of Nine Personality is helen palmer. This book mainly divides people into nine types and analyzes people's personality in detail from nine angles. The following are my thoughts on this book, and I will give them to you. Welcome to read!

After reading Nine Personalities (1), I learned about this book from a friend. I originally planned to buy it myself, but I happened to see the words "Nine Personalities" in the library, but after searching in the library, I didn't expect it to really exist. When I first started reading this book, my first impression was that it was not a book about psychology, but a book about a mysterious prophecy or divination.

Nine-type personality means that all our personalities can be classified into nine types, namely, perfectionist number one, giver number two, doer number three, sad romantic number four, observer number five, skeptic number six, hedonist number seven, protector number eight and mediator number nine. These people with each personality have their own personality characteristics, their own bright spots and shortcomings.

Before I officially started reading this book, I kept thinking about what kind of person I am. Literally seeing the names of these nine personalities, I can't help thinking that I'd better be a giver, doer or protector. Because I don't think those hedonists or perfectionists, in terms of nouns, sound like good characters. This is part of human nature. Everyone wants to be the best and perfect, but in fact, only after long-term observation and understanding can we know a person's personality type. The nine personality types here do not mean that everyone belongs to only one of them, but that everyone may have two or more personality characteristics. The so-called personality type here refers to everyone's dominant personality. This kind of personality is the dominant type of this person.

And such personality characteristics are not fixed. Under strong pressure and no pressure, everyone's personality will develop in other directions, which connects people in the triangle position on the Jiugong grid, and No.3, No.6 and No.9, as the dominant personality, are the leaders on both sides of them. This makes Type 9 personality complicated at once.

When reading this book, every time I read a personality type, I always look for someone with this personality characteristic among people I know in my life. Sometimes when I read it, I will show a knowing smile, because I will think that a person is really like this. He must be a person with this personality characteristic. It is very helpful for a person to get along with others in society to read and study the nine-type personality carefully, because when you know the personality type of this person, you can get along with it according to its characteristics.

But in fact, I am most interested in not knowing other people's personality types. What I want to know most is what kind of personality I belong to, and what kind of personality advantages and disadvantages people like me have. Only by truly understanding their own personality can we save ourselves. But when I read chapter after chapter, I saw one personality type after another, but I never found my obvious personality type. I always tell myself that it may be in the back. In the last chapter, I found that I haven't found the shadow of my personality, and knowledge has seen some fragments in hedonists, protectors and mediators.

After thinking for a long time, it turns out that I don't know myself well enough. Maybe everyone is more or less. With such problems, everyone is unwilling to face up to their shortcomings, and everyone is the most tolerant person. But many of my shortcomings and habits are another situation to outsiders. So many people will say that they know themselves best. But after reading this book, let me reserve my opinion on this answer. In addition, this book also needs time to study, and what I have seen may only be very superficial. But I forget which celebrity said (as if) there is too much modern knowledge. If you study one book too thoroughly, you will lose the chance to read many other books.

Reflections on Nine Personalities (2) I recently finished reading Palmer's Nine Personalities in my spare time. The book is very thick and deeply touched.

Nine-type Personality is an introductory book based on nine-type personality theory. Accordingly, he divided all human beings on the earth into nine types. Whether you are a man or a woman, or you are different, no matter which nation country you are, no matter what role you have played in history, you can't escape these nine types. If you have done in-depth research on the theory of type nine personality and know it like the back of your hand; If a stranger who has never met stands in front of you, but you already know what kind of person he belongs to, then you can accurately predict what kind of reaction and even what kind of words this person will make before it happens. The nine personality types are: the first: perfectionism; Second place: giver; Third place: doer; Fourth place: sad and romantic; V. Observers; No.6: Skeptic; 7 th place: hedonist; No.8: protector; No.9: Mediator.

The author of this book has a deep research on people's personality types. The cases and analysis inside, such as the vast starry sky, are too numerous to mention. Each personality has its own distinctive characteristics and needs to be improved. It's like there are no two identical leaves and two identical personalities in the world, but personality will change with the changes of time, space and environment, and each personality has the possibility of evolution. The most prominent feature of type 9 personality is that it can penetrate people's superficial emotions, enter the most secret places in people's hearts, and discover people's most real and fundamental needs and desires. It can help us gain insight into people's hearts, respond to others in an effective way, and ultimately enhance our happiness and success in life.

The view of this book is that there are no good or bad people in nine categories. Maybe you like one type, but you are not that type. Or you always thought you were the first type, but then one day you might be surprised to find yourself the second type. Don't trust your feelings and judgments too much, otherwise we will lose a lot of things we already have, and time is the most reliable. Knowing yourself is as difficult as knowing others. As Einstein said, a person has only a few percent of the ability to use his brain in his life, and his understanding of himself is limited to this. The human factor is a huge variable factor and a game process with countless possibilities. And life is a game between oneself and oneself, oneself and others, oneself and nature.

A beggar and a rich man, they may be the same type of people; Prisoners and judges may be the same type of people. No matter what kind of people we belong to, we cannot freeze our future. As a philosophical proverb says, it doesn't matter where a person comes from, what matters is where he will go.

Comments on Nine Personality (3) I read Nine Personality in March, and the first feeling after reading it was that it was a great book.

Before reading this book, I had heard of type 9 personality. In foreign countries, type nine personality is the most important and comprehensive analytical reading in psychological counseling textbooks, and it has even become a research topic in many universities (such as Stanford Business School in the United States).

Through the author's words, we can simply understand that the nine-type personality is a method and knowledge to deeply understand people. According to people's thinking, emotions and behaviors, people are divided into nine types: perfectionist, giver, doer, sad romantic, observer, skeptic, hedonist, protector and mediator.

After reading Nine Personality, he always makes new discoveries about his life and work, that is, the other party's completely different approach is based on completely different ideas. Yes, I quite agree with that. It is an idea, not a simple mental activity.

My understanding of "nine kinds of personality" is similar-personality is analyzed from the perspective of personality and concept, and it is a unique feature that can express people's advanced ideological realm and spiritual cultivation.

From this perspective, personality is worthy of respect. A person's personality is closely related to his family environment, knowledge structure, growth environment, acquired training and other factors. Therefore, everyone will have his distinctive personality. There is no good or bad personality. Everyone's personality should be respected by everyone, and everyone should also respect everyone's personality.

Nine Personality provides 108 simple test questions, which can help us know which one we belong to. Of course, these are just sampling questions, which are not completely accurate. It is not these questions that really understand your character, but yourself. I think it is more and more important to know yourself correctly and analyze yourself objectively, regardless of work, study or life. After reading this book, I feel that I belong to the second kind of person, just like the test I did at the beginning.

The book expounds the giver in detail from the main characteristics, main emotions, high-level thoughts, high-level virtues, love relations, social relations, self-protection and so on. I feel that everything is well analyzed, which deepens my understanding of myself and has great reference significance for my work, study and life.

I feel that the ninth personality is a psychological theory, and its most prominent place is that it can penetrate people's superficial emotions, enter the most secret places in people's hearts, and discover people's most real and fundamental needs and desires.

At the same time, type 9 personality can help us gain insight into our own hearts, respond to others in an effective way, and ultimately enhance our happiness and success in life.

In enterprise management, "nine personalities" are a sharp weapon for understanding and communication. Managers or employing departments can help employees analyze and sort out their career plans by understanding and communicating with each personality. Put people in the most suitable position, give full play to people's greatest potential and fully reflect everyone's value.

These are some of my little feelings after reading Nine Personality, and I want to share them with you. Welcome everyone to discuss actively, help us to know ourselves better and better, know ourselves and give full play to our greatest potential.
