Introduction to the comic book The Grey Witch

There is an island called Rhode Island, which is a big island in the south of Alistair. It takes more than twenty days to get here from the mainland, even by boat. Due to the long distance, there is little communication between the mainland and the island. The only communication is the small-scale trade conducted by businessmen in Reading, a free city in the northwest of Rhodes. Some mainland residents call this place "cursed island".

About thirty years ago, something happened. Powerful demons were unsealed and emerged from the bottom of the "most abstruse maze", pushing Rhodes to the abyss of terror at that time. The war with the fiend lasted for more than three years, and finally the fiend was sealed by humans, goblins and dwarves again. Now, the wounds caused by the war have healed and a peaceful life has been restored. But after the news spread to the mainland, the name of "cursed island" spread like wildfire.
