What does "logos" mean in Heraclitus' eyes?

The original meaning of the word "logos" is "discourse", which brings the meaning of law, destiny, scale, proportion and inevitability. "Heraclitus said that God is an eternal flowing fire, and fate is the' logos' that creates everything in the opposite way." Heraclitus asserted that everything follows fate, and fate is inevitable.
