Save the car and Yoon from military service?

Cui Shengche and Yin cannot be exempted from military service. Nine of the seventeen people need military service, namely Cui Shengche, Yin, Quan Shunrong, Jin Minkui, Fu Shengkuanhe. They are all Korean nationals, so they need to perform military service according to the military service law.
