Sneeze twice a day. What is the reason?

Sneezing several times a day is the most likely attack of allergic rhinitis and vasomotor rhinitis; Allergic rhinitis is an inflammatory reaction of nasal mucosa caused by contact with or inhalation of allergens, mainly manifested as itchy nose, sneezing, runny nose and stuffy nose. Sneezing varies from 3 to 5 to dozens, mostly in the morning or evening. Vascular motor rhinitis is related to the dysfunction of neuroendocrine system, and its symptoms are very similar to allergic rhinitis, which can be induced by emotional fluctuation, tension, fatigue and other factors.

It is suggested that the nasal cavity should be kept warm and moisturized, such as wearing a mask and hot compress, while eating less spicy, stimulating and dry diets, such as cigarettes, wine, bacon, hot pot and barbecue. In particular, do not eat irritating and volatile foods, such as mustard, ginger, green onions, etc., which will further stimulate the nasal cavity and lead to more obvious sneezing symptoms. If allergic rhinitis is diagnosed, we should try to find out the allergen and avoid contact with similar allergens, which will induce sneezing to get worse. Therefore, sneezing is an early signal of allergic rhinitis, which needs to be paid attention to, so as to avoid repeated attacks that will induce bronchial asthma.
