Where is the best place to teach the Book of Changes?

Zhouyi: The Book of Changes. It carries too many historical missions and tasks. Although it lacks literary talent and philosophy, it is one of the important classics of Confucianism (thinking mixed with Taoism). According to legend, it was written by Zhou people, including classics and biographies. Classics are mainly composed of 64 hexagrams and 384 hexagrams, each of which has its own interpretation (hexagrams) for divination.
