Is it normal that the astrolabe has no south intersection?

On some astrolabes, the north intersection is marked, but the south intersection is not marked, because the north-south intersection is 180 degrees. Personally, the most difficult position is the star, especially the inner planet, which is 90 degrees from the south intersection and 90 degrees from the north intersection. This means that the owner will find a way out in the gap between this life and past lives, especially when it comes to the sun, the moon and the water.
