Deuteronomy chapter 18

(A) Thinking

1. Priests and all the tribes of Levi shall have no inheritance in Israel. How can they eat? Who is their property? When priests and Levites work full-time, what is their food? 1/8

(1) What they eat is an offering made by fire to the Lord and all the offerings.

The Lord is their inheritance.

(3) Whoever offers an ox or a sheep as a sacrifice shall give the front legs, gills and spleen and stomach of the ox to the priest. Give him the first harvest of grain, new wine and oil, and the first shearing of wool.

2. How to be perfect before the Lord? What else will happen? 9/ 13

Those people do disgusting things, you must never learn to do them. No one among you shall make your children pass through the fire, nor shall there be diviners, soothsayers, magicians, sorcerers, mediums, sorcerers or sorcerers.

(2) Otherwise, they will be thrown out.

3. Why did God set up a prophet? What is the mission and warning of the prophet? 14/22

Because the people were afraid of the voice of God, God raised a prophet among their brothers to preach the word of God.

Warning-If a prophet dares to say what I didn't command him to say in my name, or speak in the name of other gods, he will be put to death.

1. How to mediate the relationship between mission, grace and responsibility?

A: Mission is God's grace. Let us shoulder the mission, please our heavenly father, and keep the inheritance in heaven for us. Mission is also a responsibility, entrusted by the heavenly father. Each of our blessed children has a responsibility to preach the gospel of the Lord.
