Oracle Bone Inscriptions was first discovered by Wang in China.

Wang (1845— 1900) was born in Fushan, Shandong Province (now Fushan District, Yantai City) and was a Confucian scholar. He is a modern epitaph, collector and calligrapher. China was the first person to discover, collect and study Oracle Bone Inscriptions. He discovered Oracle Bone Inscriptions in a small village near Beijing in 1899, and collected a large number of Oracle Bone Inscriptions fragments.
