Occupancy compensation balance expert system

(A) the system functional structure

The balance source of non-agricultural construction land occupation and compensation is cultivated land reserve resources. The main types of cultivated land reserve resources are: ① unused land in the planning map; (2) Grassland in the current map of land use; (3) Garden in the current land use map. However, the reserve resources of cultivated land must meet certain conditions in order to become the object of land consolidation and supplementary cultivated land. Based on a large number of basic databases, the system uses spatial analysis as a means to select the most suitable plots for land consolidation from a large number of cultivated land reserve resources, and uses mathematical models to calculate the classification of plots after land consolidation. See Figure 3-76 for the main technical route and Figure 3-77 for the system framework.

(3) System function

The system has the functions of eliminating units smaller than a certain area, overlapping with slope map, storing soil properties, generating medium points, filling data, calculating natural quality index and classification, calculating utilization index and classification, calculating economic index and classification, and changing individual spot data.
