I want to know if the tarot card you bought is genuine. Authentic tarot cards are composed of 22 main cards, big akana and 56 sub-cards, of course, only 22 cards are sold.

Also, most tarot cards have pictures or English on them, and some have their own languages printed for emergencies.

This is probably just for viewing and divination. I suggest you buy authentic tarot cards.
