Who will check the status data of land report in the balance system of occupation and compensation?

The new dynamic monitoring system of cultivated land occupation and compensation balance has many functions, such as new farmland declaration, index use, follow-up supervision and so on. The main contents of the record include the establishment and acceptance of new cultivated land projects, the scale, type, quality and plot coordinates of new cultivated land, pictures and images before and after the implementation of new cultivated land. Three types of indicators, namely, the quantity of newly-increased cultivated land, paddy field area and grain production capacity (automatically calculated according to the quantity and quality of newly-increased cultivated land for the record) formed after the newly-increased cultivated land project is put on record, will be respectively included in the county-level supplementary cultivated land reserve where the project is located. If the declaration of construction land involves the occupation of cultivated land, the new system classification shall be applied to write off the indicators from the reserve, and the balance between occupation and compensation shall be implemented, and the verification and confirmation materials shall be submitted for approval together with the land.
