Why do you judge in the Old Testament?

In the New Testament, this decision was made because the disciples wanted to draw lots to choose Matthias instead of Judas. If Jesus' disciples want to choose someone to replace Judas, they must consider whether this person ever went in and out with Jesus and witnessed his resurrection. More importantly, we must know that chapter 33 of Proverbs 16 says, "Put the sign in your arms and the Lord will decide."

It is not "drawing lots" that determines things, but the Lord himself has fulfilled his will. What is decided by signing cannot conflict with the words in the Bible. The words in the Bible must stand first, and signing is only to subsidize and affirm the word of God. Therefore, the lottery mentioned in the Bible is completely different from the fortune-telling in paganism.
