Yi writing method in Xia, Shang and Zhou dynasties

Xia, Shang and Zhou Dynasties were generally the development sequence of Oracle Bone Inscriptions, Jinwen and Zhuan (Qin unified Zhuan).

The following picture shows the different ways of writing "Yi" in Xia, Shang and Zhou Dynasties (the picture comes from pictographic dictionary).

As shown in the figure, there are five ways to write a * * *, which developed into a writing style very similar to the current writing style during the seal script period.
