According to legend, after Lv Hou's death, Lu Yi planned a rebellion for fear of losing power. Liu Nang, the imperial clan king, and Zhou Bo put down the "chaos of all roads" together. After that, Liu Heng ascended the throne and was called Emperor Wen of Chinese. He designated the 15th day of the first month to quell the "Zhulv Rebellion" as a day to have fun with the people, and every household decorated with lanterns and colored decorations to celebrate. On the fifteenth day of the first month, it becomes the Lantern Festival.

Customs of Lantern Festival:

Eating Yuanxiao on the fifteenth day of the first month, as a kind of food, has a long history in China. In the Song Dynasty, a novel Lantern Festival food was popular among the people. This kind of food was originally called "Floating Zi Yuan", later called "Yuanxiao", and merchants also called it "Yuanbao".
