I ching says there are yin and yang in the world, so there should be ghosts in the world?

Yin and Yang in the Book of Changes are integrated, relative and constantly changing. Metaphorically, we define health as yang, so unhealthy is yin. This is relative, but there are no absolutely healthy people. To make a metaphor, life is yang and death is yin, and this yin and yang is also constantly changing. Some people are born, others die. Yin and Yang in the Book of Changes do not refer to Yin and Yang.
