Burning incense is unexpected. What is the omen?

Three long and two short refers to three long boards (bottom and left and right sides, the coffin lid should be closed last, so it is not counted) and two short boards before and after a coffin. So "anything happens" is a coffin, which means danger and death. To paraphrase it briefly in modern words: ancient coffins were tied with a bottom and a cover without nails. Hit three horizontally and two vertically. The horizontal board is long and the vertical board is short, which is why "three long and two short" come from this.

Taoism predicts the future with the speed of burning incense. For example, three incense sticks burn at the same speed, which is a safe incense. The last thing a Taoist wants to light is five sticks of incense, representing fate, of which three long sticks and two short sticks are the most dangerous. Once anything happens, unless there is a turn for the better, born to die. So, if something happens, it will be used to describe death.

It's wrong to say that anything happens from the coffin, but from burning incense. Spiced incense refers to three long and two short things, which is a death-urging incense and was later referred to as dangerous.
