Individuals set up large-scale livestock and poultry breeding, put forward a written application for project construction, with the consent of the town people's government, the animal husbandry department shall handle the project filing procedures, and the project shall be filed after approval; Individuals set up large-scale livestock and poultry breeding with the project filing form issued by the competent department of animal husbandry, apply to the department of land and resources, specifically implement the project site selection, and reasonably determine the location, scope and area of land use; Livestock and poultry breeding individuals who sign rural land lease and subcontract contracts with the rural collective economic organizations or land contractual management rights holders and occupy cultivated land shall also write a guarantee letter for re-cultivation; Livestock and poultry breeding individuals shall go to the land and resources department to go through the land use filing procedures with the project filing form, land lease or subcontract, floor plan with dimensions, location map (involving the occupation of cultivated land, and a letter of guarantee for re-cultivation) and other documents, and those approved by the examination and approval shall be filed.
