Who is Hong Shenyu?

Hong Shenyu, a scholar of traditional culture in China, whose real name is Zhao Yongmao, also known as Yang Zhengbo, is from Jinsha, Guizhou. Hong Shenyu's masterpiece is The Original Purpose of Zhouyi-Basic Principles of Roots Art, which is referred to as the Original Purpose of Zhouyi or the Basic Principles of Zhouyi for short. The first edition of this book is about 1 1 10000 words. The Book of Changes is the first Yi-ology book that interprets ancient mysterious events, mysterious fate, geomantic omen and divination classics in a popular, transparent, systematic and complete way with the expression of modern academic theory (but compatible with the expression of traditional Yi-ology) and transforms it into the original academic theory of Yi-ology. It can be said that Hong Shenyu's Yi-ology book can basically be understood by China people with secondary education level, and it is a popular reading that popularizes the basic knowledge of Yi-ology in China.

Yi-ology is an interdisciplinary subject with infinite universe as its research object. It was originally founded by Fuxi, and it is the ancient and modern knowledge of China people. Therefore, Yi-ology is the first study of China culture, the root of China culture and the source of many schools in China. However, when Fuxi founded Yi Xue, there was no mature written expression. Therefore, Fuxi Yi-ology is a combination of the two "image-number principles" of Hetu and Luoshu and a set of symbolic ways to express the duality of Yin and Yang, which is also the famous "two pictures and one system" in history. It is very profound and needs oral cooperation. In the process of development, Yi-ology scholars innovated Fuxi's Yi-ology, and further thought and founded the branches of Yi-ology, such as Five Elements, Ten Heavenly Stems, Twelve Earthly Branches, (Han Xiong), Four Elements (Shao Yong, Wen Xiangfeng), Nine Elements (Hong of Cai Shen in Song Dynasty) and Sixteen Elements (Xu Can). ).

Once established, Yi-ology has been used in astronomy and calendar, mathematics, medicine, natural science, philosophy and Taoism, divination and numerology. However, the application of Yi-ology is a part or individual principle of Yi-ology, and divination has completely inherited Fuxi's Yin-Yang Yi-ology system, so it has become the only complete inheritance way of Fuxi's Yin-Yang Yi-ology (but Fuxi Yi-ology also has numerical and image expressions of monism, four Yi-ology and five Fuxi Yin-Yang Yi-ology, and three divination Yi-ology classics have been derived: Lianshan, Guizang, Guizang, However, the Book of Changes was inherited independently because Confucianism regarded it as a Confucian classic, and Confucianism developed into an interpretation of the Book of Changes, resulting in a rigid interpretation of Confucianism. Yi-ology had a wide and far-reaching influence on hundred schools of thought in the Eastern Zhou Dynasty. For example, Laozi established the Taoist Daoism system according to the Yi-ology, Mozi formally established the famous school according to the Yi-ology principle in order to avoid sophistry, and Qin Yueren directly established the theoretical system of human medicine by using the Yi-ology theory to construct the relationship between human physiology and similarities and differences. But these are also local or individual applications, not the elaboration of the Yi-ology principle itself. In the new period of Han Dynasty, the rejection of Confucianism led to the decline of the interpretation of Confucianism by Yi Xue, and at the same time, it further strengthened the mysterious application of geomantic omen (the application of fate in geomantic omen), astrology, date selection and physiognomy through divination theory. After the Wei, Jin, Southern and Northern Dynasties broke the exclusive mechanism of Neo-Confucianism in Han Dynasty, and after the cultural development of Sui and Tang Dynasties, the Yi-ology scholars in Song and Yuan Dynasties (such as Chen Tuan, Liu Mu, Shao Yong, Sima Guang, Zhang Xingcheng, Cai and Cai Shen) initially restored and innovated the theory of Yi-ology in Song and Yuan Dynasties, and established the theoretical system of Yi-ology in Song and Yuan Dynasties. In the Ming and Qing Dynasties, I returned to the ancient times in an all-round way, respected Confucianism again, and sought the application interpretation of Yi-ology and Yi-ology by the old Confucianism in the Han Dynasty, twisting the innovation of Yi-ology in the Song and Yuan Dynasties into "violating the holy", which led to the persistence of Han Yi in the Ming and Qing Dynasties and stopped developing. Therefore, the traditional mainstream Yi-ology is either the mysterious application of metaphysical techniques or the repeated interpretation of Yi-ology classics by Confucianism. The application of Yi-ology, demystified and interpreted by Confucianism, is a partial or individual application or derivative utilization, and its cultural achievements have not formed a complete research data of Yi-ology. Therefore, the primitive Yi-ology from Fuxi became metaphysics, and became the local threshold Yi-ology with a single threshold of the image number theory system, which made it difficult for modern and contemporary people to understand and learn. During the modern Yi-ology period, the application of folk Yi-ology or metaphysics prevailed, and official scholars combed and interpreted the historical materials and documents of Yi-ology.

Hong Shenyu (a work, Shen Yuhong) jumped out of the traditional mode of divination and document interpretation on the basis of studying the literature materials of Yi-ology combed by modern scholars, studied the exposition and application of China ancient cultural classics on Yi-ology and modern scientific and technological achievements, combined with the existence system of heaven and man in the real world, especially according to the development history of Chinese characters and their grammar, Fuxi spent more than 20 years restoring the original academic theory of Yi-ology and launched a series of academic theories based on ancient and modern Yi-ology. Hong Shenyu's On the Original Way of Yi-ology liberated China Yi-ology from the cultural cage attached to Confucianism and Yi-ology, made it an independent discipline of China culture, and created a basic paradigm of contemporary Yi-ology theoretical system.
