At first, there was a band called alice cooper, led by a lead singer named vincent damon furnier. Under the planning of the lead singer, the band took the lead in developing the drama and violence of heavy metals. They turned music into horror movies and acrobatics. Their scary things in stage performances include: electric chair, guillotine, blood (fake), boa constrictor and Furnier's gloomy appearance.

Of course, this is not all. They have also made considerable achievements in music, but too many gimmicks have affected people's attention. Impromptu repetition and melody are taken from guitar pop music in 1960s, which shows the most basic but fascinating side of rock music, even when the band explores psychedelic music and artistic rock.

After the original band broke up, Vernier began to develop independently under the name of alice cooper. At this time, his music is no longer full of exaggeration and activity as before, but has become straightforward heavy metal. But he kept the props that won him the title of "king of rock and roll" in the stage performance.

Furnier's first band was called Earwigs. Later, it was renamed Spider Team at 1965, and then Nazz's name was used. Spider and Nazz both released local singles. 1968 After discovering that there was already a band called Nazz, he changed the name of the team to alice cooper. Regarding this name, Furnier is said to have been inspired by a divination, in which he was told that he was the reincarnation of a witch of the same name in the17th century. The band includes lead singer Furnier (later called alice cooper), guitarist Mike Bruce and Glen Buxton bassist Dennis Dunaway, and drummer Neal Smith. The band went to California and met Frank Zappa's agent, Shep Gordon, who took alice cooper to his new company, Direct Records.

Alice cooper released their first novel "Pretties for You" in 1969, and released "Easy Action" in early 1970. However, the band failed to see the future in Los Angeles, so they came to Furnier's hometown Detroit. The band improved their eccentric stage style. 1At the end of 970, the band signed a contract with Warner Records. With the help of producer Bob Ezrin, the band developed their classic heavy metal style in their third album Love It. This is a golden record, and "Eight Green" can not only reflect the rebellious mood of teenagers, but also make it into the charts. Success also enables the band to make their live performances more professional, which in turn makes their concerts one of the most popular performances in the United States. The school's 1972 is alice cooper's commercial breakthrough, ranking second in the album charts. The single of the same name entered the American singles list Top 10 ranked first in the British singles list and sold millions. Followed by "Billion Dollar Baby" is extremely hot, ranking first in both Britain and the United States. 1973, after the release of the album "Muscle of Love", Vernier threw off his sleeves and fired all the other members of the band, taking the name alice cooper himself, while the other members released an unsuccessful album under the name of Billion Dollar Baby.

In the autumn of 1974, alice cooper's selected masterpieces topped 10. In his first solo album, Welcome to My Nightmare, Cooper hired an accompaniment band from Lou Reed to work for him. This album was released in the spring of 1975, and maintained its consistent style and commercial success. After another gold record was released, Cooper's career began to decline. There are reasons for the change of style, and there are also bad habits in Cooper's personal life. From 65438 to 0978, after recovering, Cooper wrote an album "From the Heart", in which he described his treatment process with Bernie Taupin, a lyricist of elton john. In the early 1980s, Cooper kept releasing albums and touring, but his influence was not as good as before. However, in the latter years of 1980s, his good days came again because of his performance in horror movies and the public respect of some pop metal bands. With the help of Desmond julia child and some guest stars, 1989' s album Garbage became a platinum album, and Cooper returned to Top 10 and the spotlight. In the 1990s, Cooper still appeared in some movies from time to time, and performed and released albums, but he has lost his influence in the music field.
