How to choose Kelmazer's dialogue in Wizard 3?

First, the first option ("Labovi won't take care of any medicine" and "Labovi will never let you go") can be chosen at will.

Second, the second option ("Keira, don't push me", "You go is suicide" and "You go") is "You go is suicide"

Third, the third option (only one option, choose Kelmogan)

Fourth, the fourth choice (there is only one choice, choose to give the notes to the white wolf) and then sister Keira can not die.
