Tibetan version of auspicious heavenly mother prayer

La Mu Na, located in Tibet, is named after Bandan Lamu, a famous protector in Tibetan Buddhism, which means "auspicious Mother Heaven". Lamunacuo is shaped like a skull, so Tibetans call this lake the head of auspicious Tianmu, where the soul of Tianmu rests. Many Tibetans also call her "Zhuoma Lake".

Namco is also called Namco Lake and Namco Lake. In Tibetan, "Cuo" means "Lake". "Namco" refers to Tianhu Lake, Linghu Lake or Shenhu Lake. Believers respect it as one of the four mighty lakes. According to legend, it is the Dojo where the tantric deity wins Le King Kong, and it is a famous holy place of Tibetan Buddhism. Namco is located between Dangxiong County, Lhasa City, Tibet and Bango County, Naqu District.
