What are disc fairy and ask the spirits?

Disc fairy: As the name implies, it is the fairy on the plate. This is a figurative title, and the unpredictable yin and yang are the gods of the Book of Changes. When people use a plate for divination, it is unpredictable to find that the plate will move by itself and answer questions. Because I don't know the reason, it is called the disc fairy.

"Ask the spirits to ask the spirits" is a game to communicate with a creature we can call the spirits through a pen. Ask the spirits ask the spirits ask the spirits ask the spirits not attached to the pen, but always around us.
