Are the Three Weird Events Before the Death of Ying Zheng, the First Qin Emperor, Signs or Coincidences?

Three strange things happened in 2 1 1 BC: 1, the astronomical phenomenon of "Mars stays in Antares"; 2. A meteorite landed in Dong Jun; 3. An emissary of Qin Shihuang met "Shan Gui" in Pingshu Road, Huayin.
