What plants can predict the weather?

1, pansy. A common wild flower variety in Europe, whose leaves are very interesting, can actually measure the temperature like a thermometer, so it is called "warm grass". Its leaves are extremely sensitive to temperature. When the temperature is above 20℃, the leaves protrude obliquely upward. If the temperature drops to 15℃, the blade will move down slowly until it is parallel to the ground. When the temperature drops to 10℃, the blades extend obliquely downward; If the temperature rises, the leaves will return to their original state. People can know the temperature according to the spreading direction of its leaves.

2. Pumpkin vine. The top of the pumpkin vine usually grows slowly downward, but if the top of the pumpkin vine is generally upward in summer morning, it indicates that the weather will turn from sunny to rainy. On the contrary, if the top of the pumpkin vine is generally downward in rainy weather, it indicates that the weather will be fine.

3. Willow. In summer, willow leaves droop and sway with the wind, which is a kind of scenery; But if the willow leaves turn white, it indicates that rainy weather is coming. Careful observation shows that it is not the willow leaves that turn white, but that they will turn upside down before the rainy day. The reverse side of the willow leaves is light green and there is a layer of "white frost" on the surface.

4. mimosa Mimosa leaves shrink slowly after being touched, or open slightly, which indicates the future of wind and rain; It closes quickly after being touched, but it takes a long time to recover, which indicates that the future will be sunny.

5. Artemisia scoparia. Artemisia selengensis Turcz. is a drought-tolerant wild plant of Compositae, which is distributed all over China. If it is found that many tender buds are born at its roots in dry weather, it indicates that it will rain soon.

6. Mirabilis jalapa. It usually blooms the first night and withers the next morning. If the flowers wither at dawn, it means that the weather will be fine that day; If the flowers wither later, it indicates that it will rain that day.
