Is there a scientific basis for "holding dreams"?

Some people may say that dreams have scientific basis, but I really don't think so now. Maybe I didn't believe or object to some superstitious ideas about dreams before. Until that year, I really felt that everything was so taken for granted that I had to believe in the world and really had dreams. That year, my grandmother was ill for a long time, stayed in the hospital for a while and went home. I rest at home every day. I go to see my grandmother after work every day. Because she brought me up, I have inseparable feelings for her. That summer vacation, one day my grandmother told me that she wanted to eat grapes. Seriously, I really hated myself at that time. After listening to it, I told my grandmother to buy it for you next time, and then I forgot! Every time I talk about this, I really want to slap myself! Then, one night, I dreamed that my grandmother told me in my dream that I wanted to eat grapes. When I got up the next morning, I was still thinking about it, and I thought about buying it for my grandmother when I went to work at night. However, it didn't take me long to work in the company when I received a phone call from home, telling my grandmother that she was going to die! Go back as soon as possible, but never see grandma again! And the grapes I bought can only be used in front of grandma's photo, which is a regret I will never forget in my life! I hate myself, really! After this incident, I really believe that this incident has no scientific basis, but it does exist!
