Think for me:

1. I remember a saying in philosophy that the fundamental law of the development of things is the law of unity of opposites. Seeking development in opposition is actually looking for a unified law. But in reality, we often care about contradictions or differences and ignore harmony and unity, which leads to a series of problems. The wisdom of seeking common ground while reserving differences needs to come in handy.

2. People must have inclusive attributes to promote your continuous growth. When dealing with differences, you should close your mouth, ears and relax.
