(4) The responsible unit builds buildings (structures) and sheds, pavilions and buildings without approval, sets up billboards (boards), signboards and placards, or orders them to dismantle or repair in time after being damaged despite approval, and fails to dismantle or repair within the time limit, and the relevant departments organize compulsory demolition or maintenance and impose a fine on 500 yuan; ?

(5) If the responsible unit dismantled, moved, occupied or damaged the public health facilities without authorization, it shall be ordered to restore them immediately and be fined 2 times the cost of the public health facilities; ?

(VI) If there are phlegm, feces, peels, scraps of paper, cigarette butts and other wastes in the area of responsibility, the responsible unit shall promptly remove them. If they are not removed in time after criticism and education, they shall be fined in 50 yuan.
