What is the relationship between Mrs. Huayang and Qin Shihuang?

Mrs Huayang is the grandmother of Qin Shihuang. They are grandparents and grandchildren, but they are not close, because Wang Xiang, the father of Qin Shihuang, is the adopted son of Mrs Huayang.
