Can Taoist spells be broadcast live?

Taoist incantations cannot be broadcast live. The State Bureau of Religious Affairs plans to stipulate that no organization or individual may broadcast or record religious activities such as worshipping Buddha, burning incense, receiving precepts, chanting, worshiping, mass, baptism and chanting on the Internet by means of words, pictures, audio and video. Therefore, Taoist spells cannot be broadcast live.
