I tried my best to recall the satisfaction questionnaire I designed at that time, but my memory was always bad. Later, I made 10 on the spot, and then I used Liket5 to evaluate it. The statistical method is basically that I relate everything I know, such as factor analysis, to Pearson.

2. It seems that I want to design a display box for users to fill in personal information. I don't quite understand this question.

3. Design an interview user recruitment plan and write how to screen users.

I think the topic of the written test is still related to the user's research work, because I think my answer is not very good, so if I have enough time, I will write well, and clean paper will leave a good impression, at least to prove that my attitude is serious.

One side: one side was received about two weeks after the written test.

At that time, I thought that the written test was Haibi, on the one hand, it was probably Haibi. Later, I came back and probably read Netease's introduction. I readjusted my resume, because my original resume was basically aimed at human resources positions, and I didn't have any internship experience in user research before. They are all internships in human resources, so this may also be my shortcoming. The resume adds several experiences of participating in the competition, because these experiences involve some simple user analysis.

On the morning of 10, I arrived at Netease Building in Beijing, and found that there were only four people interviewing at the user research post in the morning. From the back, there may be four in the whole Beijing area, so many people were screened out in his written test. The interview form is 1V 1, which is a good interview GG. Basically, according to your resume, you will be asked about your past experience, personality and why you like doing this job. If you want to produce a conceptual thing, what is your starting point? At the same time, you will also take out your written test paper. Netease's screening is very serious. It is highly recommended that XDJM, who is looking for a job, read more books during this period, which will help to open up new ideas.

Two sides:

It takes about 1 hour to complete one side. If the department GG thinks you are suitable, it will let you see HR directly. I saw the former Master MM of Beijing Normal University go straight back, and then I stayed to see HR after the meeting. Because I have previous experience in HR recruitment, I basically just chat with HRGG. From my personality to my own shortcomings, I have always said that I am a person with low achievement motivation, which is why I came from the market. What's more, I told HR that I could go first, because I'm meeting Vanke this afternoon. Later, I thought it would be a pity if I didn't get three chances because of this, but Netease interviewer is really good, the best interviewer I have ever seen.

End face:

A few days later, I was informed that there were only two people left in the video interview. I was the second one to go in. I was alone in the conference room. The people facing the conference room in the video are GGJJ from Guangzhou Design Center. They will take turns asking questions, mainly about their past experiences, the differences between Netease mailboxes and other mailboxes, and their views on Netease News. I can't answer some questions. For example, usability testing and interaction design, I can't answer, so I usually say I don't know, because I really can't make it up. He also asked me if I wanted to design an anime character, how to let children determine their preferences and so on. The whole interview lasted about 40 minutes, and the atmosphere was quite relaxed and friendly.

Two days after the last meeting, I received an employment notice from his family, and all kinds of benefits and wages were satisfactory.

To sum up, I also went through many written interviews before Netease and got an offer from a real estate company. However, the whole recruitment process of Netease is still very comfortable. There is no sea or PK, and everyone spends it in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
