What does Dragon Ball mean?

Dragon Ball, generally referred to as Dragon Ball for short, is a series of comic books for young people published by Japanese cartoonist Toriyama Akira in Weekly Youth JUMP magazine from the 5th issue of 1984 to the 25th issue of 1995.

Dragon Ball is a long cartoon about adventure, hard work, blood and friendship. It tells the story of a dragon ball that can realize any wish after all seven beads scattered around the world are collected.

The works were made into TV animation and broadcast on Fuji TV in Japan, and a theatrical animation, Hollywood movies, and many peripheral products and game software were also derived.

Dragon Ball is the pioneering work of the Dragon Ball series, which was adapted from the comic book of the same name by the famous Japanese cartoonist Toriyama Akira and premiered on Fuji TV on February 26th. 1986.

1986 Dongying Animation Company changed the early cartoons (1- 194) to 153 episodes. Dragon Ball series TV animation was born.

As one of Riman's masterpieces, Toriyama Akira's Dragon Ball definitely bears the childhood memories of countless people. In the 30 years since the birth of 1984, Dragon Ball has maintained a high popularity, and this classic seems to have become the symbol of Riman's works.
