What does the death of a pet mean to the owner?

It means that this fate is over, because I have had such an experience. For me, this pain is no less than losing a close relative. I can't come out for a long time, thinking about the happy time we spent together every day, complaining that I didn't treat it better before ... I hope you won't be as strong as me.
