Why is the title of the Great Qing Dynasty called "Qing"?

"Manchukuo" is similar to "Schumann" in Manchu, originally the name of Buddha, meaning "Emperor of Qing Dynasty", and it is the incarnation of Buddha. Therefore, he used "Qing" instead of "Jin", which won the hearts of all ethnic groups better than "Dajin" or "Houjin" and further replaced the Ming Dynasty. At the same time, Huang taiji also made a big public opinion to overthrow and replace the Ming Dynasty, saying that only people with virtue can rule the world, "people with virtue can be called the son of heaven", and "those with virtue make orders, but those without virtue abandon them" became the core of his thought. Moreover, the "virtue" he said means "Qing", which coincides with the meaning of "Manchuria", so "Qing" is used as the country name.

2. "Qing" is the homonym of "Jin" in Manchu, and "Qing" in Chinese is the "Jin" in Manchu. Changing "Jin" to "Qing" means changing the Han Dynasty without changing the Manchu Dynasty. Its purpose is only to meet the needs of attacking Ming and make it easy for Han people to accept it. Those who hold this view take the Manchu appellation "Fujin" as an example, saying that Fujin was originally called "Fujin", later renamed "Fujin" and finally called "Fujin", so "Fu" is homophonic with "Fu" and "Jin" in Manchu, so according to Manchu phonology, this statement also has the number of closed craftsmen in Shenyang (the old capital of Qing Dynasty). On the plaque, "Dajin" is written in Chinese and "Daqing" is written in Manchu. This plaque was erected during the reign of Tiancong. At that time, it was not renamed "Qing", but it was already called "Qing" in Manchu.

Second, the origin of the title of Qing Dynasty

The ancestors of Manchu were originally Jurchen tribes in the Jin Dynasty, so Nuerhachi unified the ministries of Jurchen and named the country "Daikin". Soon, in order to distinguish it from the Jin Dynasty in history, it was renamed "Houjin". Many Mongolians, Hans, Koreans, etc. They are all ruled by it, and it is no longer suitable for the title of "Houjin"; Moreover, due to historical influence, the Han people have bad feelings for the Jin people, and the title of "post-Jin" is not suitable for attracting the Han people. Therefore, ten years after Huang taiji ascended the throne (1636), the country name was changed to "Qing".
