A "brigade" is a journey, traveling outside. Traveling is an act of changing places frequently. Judging from the shape of hexagrams, the six-and-five-meter is yin, which is in the middle of the outer hexagrams, but the six-and-two-meter corresponding to the inner hexagrams is both yin and mutually exclusive. The cow is a submissive animal. Leaving cattle on the edge of the field symbolizes the loss of meekness and virtue, so it is dangerous. Thus, the pursuit of stability must be submissive, not arrogant.
