The true meaning of cp

Originated from ACGN fan circle in Japan, when Japanese fan writers create fan works, they pair the characters in their works with love (lovers), which is called pairing.

Cp pairing terms:

Official cpyoh asakura× anaafrica. That is, official distribution is "カップリング formula" in Japanese.

It means that the characters who are already in love in the original work are paired with each other.

Normal pairing refers to heterosexual pairing, which can also be called male-female pairing. In Japanese, it is "ノーマルカップリグ" (or simply "のまか").

In contrast, same-sex couples are called "male-male couples" and "female-female couples".
