By the way, does MCC need a card? The answer is yes. Look, several MCC's are connected by cards. There are quite a few certification courses or seminars. Besides, there are MCC cards, which are made by ourselves.

Second question, do you have a card? Answer, card or not. Although she was nicknamed "Sister Ka" by the coaching staff, she also experienced a crazy period when every card must be entered, but there was really no card at home. No playing cards, no tarot cards.

But, not now, maybe later. MCC has a long way to go, so let's take a long view.

This series of articles originally wanted to be named "Visual Card". Later, I thought about it, and the scope of the video card is too large. The cards I want to talk about, such as OH cards, IE cards and POY cards, are actually subconscious projection cards. However, I don't want to use the title "projection card" because I don't quite understand it.

Let's talk about the card first. When the OH card was first used in the workshop, it always aroused people's curiosity and asked if it was a tarot card. I didn't know tarot cards at that time. Later, I turned over the article on the official account of WeChat and saw that someone classified cards according to "body and mind".

According to this classification, all kinds of ice-breaking cards commonly used in training, such as landscape cards and character cards, are classified as "body" and are usually used for warming up.

As a typical psychological tool, OH card is naturally classified as "heart". Then, IE cards and similar POY cards also belong to this category.

As for Tarot cards and Oracle Bone Inscriptions cards, they are classified as "Spirit". This card has nothing to do with me at present. In this article, I will briefly talk about several cards I often use, mainly the OH card I am familiar with.

Become attached to the OH card?

One day at noon, I saw a classmate sitting around the table, lively and mysterious. I looked carefully, and there was a stack of cards on the table. Two people are sitting face to face. One is holding a card and the other is asking questions. One is thoughtful and the other is meaningful. I looked at this scene and was inexplicably moved.

This is my connection with the OH card.

When I returned to Xi 'an from Shanghai, the first pair of cards followed. From then on, I began to live with my card when I went out. Do you know how much the OH card weighs? Even the bags containing several boxes of OH cards are so heavy. I can't help it I like it.

What is a card? ?

It took some time to learn how to use the OH card. Draw a tiger according to the cat first, and then follow the map to find several teachers in the industry, such as Mr. Joy Huang. Read books, listen to micro-classes, participate in workshops, sum up practical experience, and gradually understand a little doorway.

Book, recommend "Oh Kaoca Classic Play 10 1". Full-color printing, smooth paper, clear context and rich content, written by teacher Huang Joey. The fly in the ointment is that this is a book by Taiwan Province, which has a long purchase cycle and a slightly expensive price.

There is also a book, Oh Ka, Flip Your Destiny, which was also written by Mr. Joey Huang. Compared with the last one, this one has more explanations for coach Ouka, and gives a detailed demonstration of each picture card and word card. You can buy one of them according to your personal needs and preferences.

When you want to start with a set of OH cards, you will find that there are many kinds on the market. But in fact, such as portrait cards, children's cards, recovery cards and so on. , are gradually developed on the basis of the OH card classic card, and there are about dozens of them in the whole family at present. The OH card mentioned in this paper is a graphic card created by Moritz and Raman***, which consists of 88 graphic cards and 88 character cards, totaling *** 176.

Why use the OH card? ?

First of all, why use a video card?

Brain neuroscience tells us that the left hemisphere is mainly responsible for logical reasoning, language and writing, which is called rational brain; The right hemisphere is mainly responsible for intuitive emotion and image memory, and has the function of visualization, so it is called perceptual brain. The images in the visual card can activate the perceptual right brain, bring more inspiration and creativity to people, and transcend rational thinking.

I like Mr Huang Zuer's explanation of why I use the OH card. The ocean of the subconscious mind is vast and dominates 93% of our decisions. Usually, we don't know how we make decisions or how the subconscious affects our lives. On the other hand, coaches work at the subconscious level.

So, how to open the door of the subconscious? This requires a projection card to knock on the door. A well-designed projection card will bypass the protection of thinking, enter the subconscious level and call the resources that have been sleeping for a long time. In this regard, we can refer to the famous iceberg theory.

Oh, the card is such a projection card. Through it, we can quickly see our inner self, the real state of life, expectations and fears, beliefs and constraints. And seeing is the beginning of change.

That's right. Look at yourself first, then at others. Many people learn from coaches and are keen to learn various tools, all in order to be used by others to solve their own problems. Actually, I'm the number one customer. If you want to know others, you must first know yourself. Oh, cards are a good tool.

How to use OH card

Tell me when to use the OH card.

The first is a one-on-one coach. Some customers are not good at expressing themselves, or it is not easy to resonate with their own hearts. OH card can be used as a reminder to help customers enter the state and find feelings and resources.

Secondly, in group activities. It can be used for sign-in, group discussion, and can also be used as a trigger for checkout. Colorful cards give people a refreshing feeling and will play a good role in admission, connection, preheating and promotion.

In group coaching, it will bring more cognition to customers. It's obviously the same card, but everyone sees it differently and feels very different. This will make people see the difference, learn to change their perspective, and then change their beliefs.

The setting of story solitaire and hero tour will bring more fun and vitality to group activities and give participants a richer experience.

Look at the nature of use. The gameplay seems varied, but the essence is actually very simple. One is to look at the picture and talk, and the other is to establish a relationship. Technically, a growth model, an ORID model and a set of applicable cards are enough.

Oh, cards are not everything.

In the early days, I almost equated the OH card with the subconscious projection card and bought one set after another. Later, its limitations were gradually discovered.

First of all, OH card is a psychological tool, which is more suitable for psychological consultation and treatment. Some cards are not suitable for coaching occasions, such as sex, violence, death and other elements, which may evoke unpleasant memories of customers. Without a psychological background, it is difficult to deal with these negative emotions.

Secondly, its color is dark, and some people feel depressed and don't like this style. Too many times of use will inevitably lead to monotony and fatigue.

In addition, its image is very blurred. Personally, I like this ambiguity because there is enough room for imagination. Especially when you look at the same card at different times, people often have different feelings, which is very meaningful for individuals. But some customers think it's too fuzzy to see anything.

What other cards are there? ?

So I began to explore other cards.

Seen tarot cards, not interested, not suitable for coaches. The picture shows Mr. Huang Zuxian's comparison between the two. Please forgive me for bringing it directly for your reference.

I also saw your point, which is usually called Hermes of the card meeting. Because it is expensive. However, it is specially developed for coaches, has a clear process and framework, and is very suitable for coaching conversations, including individual coaches and group coaches.

Unlike cards, POY cards are realistic, and cards are selected from photos, not watercolors or oil paintings. Personal experience is average, and I feel my imagination is limited, but it is said that I am very popular in foreign companies.

Recently, IE cards have been used more. This set of cards was developed locally and drawn by domestic psychologists and artists. Compared with imported products, this set of cards incorporates more elements of China, which may arouse more collective memories. It is much larger than the OH card, with a total of *** 156 cards, all of which are map cards.

Comparatively speaking, in one-on-one conversation, I prefer the OH card, which is light and durable and has enough space. In group activities, I tend to use IE card, which is safer and richer.
