Draw cards at will

The first one is above, the second one is below, the third one is below the left, the fourth one is below the right, the fifth one is above the left, the sixth one is above the right, the seventh one is on the left, the eighth one is on the right, the ninth one is in the middle, and 10 is in the lower right corner.

Then read the formula

"Colorado created Koroka, please answer my question and tell me. . . . . . . "

The top card is the prompt, and the three cards tied in the middle are the content, and the object of 10 card.
