What if the seller deletes the link after Taobao refuses to express?

Deleting the link does not suspend or cancel the transaction dispute, and the seller can still apply for a refund.

If the seller fails to deliver the goods, the goods are not received, the received goods have problems, and the phone bill has not arrived during the transaction with the seller, the following operations can be performed according to the order status:

1. If the order is displayed as waiting for the buyer to pay.

You can cancel the order after consultation with the seller or ask the seller to close the transaction, or automatically close the transaction when the system times out.

2. If the order shows that the buyer has paid.

You can negotiate with the seller, log on to my Taobao Baby page to find the order, and click Refund/Return-Refund only. If the seller can't be contacted or the seller doesn't apply for a refund, the system will automatically refund the buyer 2 days after applying for a refund.

3. If the order shows that the seller has delivered the goods.

If the seller has negotiated a partial/full refund, you can log on to the Baby page I bought from Taobao to find the order, click Refund/Return, and select the service type and the reason for the refund.

4. If the order shows that the transaction is successful.

Within 15 days after the transaction is confirmed, you can log in to the baby page I bought from Taobao to find the order, and click Apply for after-sales.

* Tip:

1) If the refund application cannot be initiated after the rights protection period, it is recommended to contact the seller's negotiation office. If you can't reach a consensus, I suggest you provide valid vouchers and contact Taobao customer service for processing.

2) If you did make a payment, but the status of the transaction order has not changed, please confirm whether the bank card you used for payment has been debited or whether the relevant funds have been recharged to the corresponding Alipay account. If you still have questions about this money, please contact Alipay customer service directly for consultation.

3) If the seller refuses during the refund process and the two parties cannot reach an agreement through negotiation, you can click to ask Taobao customer service to intervene.
