Why is there no sound in Go? No crash?

I encountered a similar situation when I used Go scoring software. My solution 1:

Download a sound material similar to Go on the Internet (wav format is required, and other formats are also acceptable);

Put the sound material in the directory c: \ Windows \ media;

Open the control panel → hardware and sound → change the system sound → debug in program events. I tried it two or three times, and only changed the default sound of the "notification" item to what you need (sound → browse, and then select the file you just put into the media directory).

Method 2: In the setup of Go software, select the sound file of Luozi (see the figure below). I solved it in the above way when this way was not enough.
