When will Dragon Ball Wukong resurrect his parents?

In the early stage, Wukong didn't even know that he had parents, only that his grandfather had enlightened rice. When his grandfather was trampled to death by a monster (gorilla), he had only four planets and didn't know that the Dragon Ball could be resurrected.

Knowing that he could be resurrected, he was locked up for the first time (Oolong asked for underwear).
