2.4.3 Special steps can be taken for materials unfamiliar with test methods or tests in the laboratory (i.e. test samples can be provided for trial operation). Familiarity is because if the test results are incorrect, the emphasized R/R will become worthless.

2.4.4, unless agreed in advance, there is no cost that will lead to the R/resident plan of the laboratory in the host country.
