Oranges are my favorite in life.

I like fruits very much, especially oranges. Although I eat oranges from snacks to big ones, I never get tired of them.

If I buy several kinds of fruits at the same time, I will definitely eat oranges first, even a dozen a day.

I remember when I was a child, there was a large orange forest in front of my hometown, which was planted by my grandfather and great-grandmother.

In the past, the economy was underdeveloped, especially in rural areas, and people had to grow some vegetables or fruit trees to make a living.

So grandpa chose to plant fruit trees, such as March plum, persimmon, peach, Shatian pomelo, orange and so on.

Among so many fruit trees, only orange trees are the most, which are as big as two acres of fields and look like a big forest.

There is a fish pond in front of the old house, next to the orange grove.

In spring, citrus reticulata is in full bloom, full of flowers, yellow and white, pushing and shoving each other, which is very lively.

People passing by will be attracted by this flower sea and stop to enjoy it for a while. Unfortunately, there was no smart camera at that time, and it was impossible to keep these beautiful things with the camera.

Orange flowers will also give off a faint fragrance, and a breeze will blow, and the fragrance will float around like white smoke. People who smell it can't help but admire: "It smells good!"

The old house seems to be in a sea of flowers and can always smell the flowers. Even if the old house is dilapidated, people feel that life is as fragrant as a flower.

In summer, grandpa went to the orange orchard to loosen the soil and fertilize the orange trees. And our brothers and sisters will follow, and we will enjoy the cool under the tree. Even if the sun shines brightly and it is as hot as fire in summer, we will still feel cool under the tree.

We will also play hide-and-seek under the tree and have fun every time. Grandpa looked at us with a happy expression.

Autumn is our favorite season, because every autumn, orange trees are covered with many oranges from Huang Cancan. When you look around, it looks like a small lantern hanging in the dense green leaves. Every little lantern seems to be comparable to each other. Who is cuter?

I picked one and peeled it in my hand. In an instant, that fruity smell made my mouth water. I peeled it into several pieces, then peeled an orange and put it in my mouth. Suddenly, the sweet juice splashed and the flesh was sweet and delicious.

Grandpa's orange peel is thin, juicy and sweet. Everybody loves it.

When we come back from school, we will run to the fruit tree forest and pick an orange to eat. It is sweet, even if there is any trouble, eating an orange will be gone. Sometimes, I will pick some and take them to school for my classmates to eat.

Grandpa and great-grandmother are tired and thirsty from work, and they will also run to the fruit tree to pick some oranges to quench their thirst.

Unfortunately, grandpa was in poor health and couldn't work. Mom and Dad worked outside, and there was no orange tree at home. We also lost the joy of eating oranges under the orange tree.

Later, when I was in high school, every time I saw oranges brought back from home by my classmates, I would think of the orange grove in my hometown and the time that made me happy.

Now, after entering the society, the economic conditions are much better than before, and I eat more kinds of fruits, but I still like oranges especially, which are sour and sweet, and the juice of oranges is very refreshing.

Therefore, oranges are my favorite in life. They are not only delicious, but also remind me of the orange grove planted by my grandfather.
