Isn't 78 tarot cards reversed?

Theoretically speaking, only the ancient Masai Tarot Little Akana has no positive or negative position when solving the cards, and all other Tarot cards have it. This has nothing to do with the number of sheets used. However, beginners can first interpret the reverse position of tarot cards as the positive position, and then study the reverse position after mastering the meaning of the cards.
