The answer is yes, they are all reliable. Then why, sometimes we think they are reliable, and sometimes we think they are unreliable? In fact, the reason is very simple. In recent years, in the process of spreading traditional cultural knowledge, faults are very serious. There is no special course in the classroom to teach us this knowledge. A lot of information we usually see on the Internet is plagiarized, and the essence and dross coexist. At the same time, in the process of spreading this knowledge, it generally presents the characteristics of being too commercialized, utilitarian, mysterious, demonized, entertaining and academic, which leads most of us to know less about personality, fortune and geomantic omen.

We know that when selecting talents, especially when considering candidates for key positions, enterprises will definitely take the personality of candidates as an important reference index. The theory of "Bobin's team role" is a set of theories to build the strongest team in the West. According to its theory, a team needs different roles to succeed. Most of us are interested in personality, fortune and feng shui, and often find it unfathomable and difficult to understand. In fact, the main reason is that I don't really understand what the underlying logic is. It can be made clear in one sentence: the underlying logic of personality, fortune and feng shui is yin and yang, five elements and gossip.

First, Yin and Yang

Yin and Yang are two basic features corresponding to the contradiction of everything in the world. Everything in the world has yin and yang. Yin and Yang are relative, not absolute. Yin and Yang do not exist alone, but are two contradictory aspects. Where there is yin, there is yang, and where there is yang, there is yin. There is yang in yin and yin in yang. Yin and he can be transformed into each other.

Yin and Yang are dynamic, synchronous and interactive. The so-called solitary yin is not born, solitary yang is not long, and yin and yang are born together. Same-sex repulsion and opposite-sex attraction coexist, maintaining the relative balance of our world. Confucius said in Yi Zhuan that "Yin and Yang are the Tao" and explained the truth of Yin and Yang simply and clearly.

B, five elements

The five elements are fire, water and earth in Jin Mu. Are the five basic forces that make up everything in the world. It includes tangible matter and intangible energy, which can be transformed into each other. Through the introduction of the five elements, we can more clearly analyze the changes of everything in the world. The five elements promote and restrict each other, thus maintaining the dynamic balance of our whole universe. If Yin and Yang are the theory of contradiction, then the five elements are the system theory. In order to facilitate your understanding, we make the following popular interpretation:

Metals are extracted from minerals, and gold represents the power of change and convergence. Golden doctrine. People who belong to gold are generally more loyal and determined. They are natural leaders, open and aboveboard, self-improvement and good at change. Its negative characteristics are self-centered and stubborn.

The branches and leaves of trees extend in all directions, and wood represents the power of extension and germination. Tomb owner. People who belong to wood are generally easy-going, kind and tough. Its negative characteristics are unstable temperament, sometimes submissive and sometimes stubborn.

Water is the source of life, it is flowing, and water represents the power of flowing and gathering. Water rules wisdom. People who belong to water are generally adaptable, resourceful, knowledgeable, relatively low-key and can accumulate wealth. Its negative feature is that its principle is not strong enough and it is indecisive.

The direction of flame burning is upward, and fire represents upward power. Fire is the main ceremony. Fire-stricken people are generally extroverted, enthusiastic and infectious. Its negative characteristics are impatience, emotionality and superficial attention.

Land is the mother of all things, representing the kind of load-bearing and biochemical power. Local owners are new. People who belong to the soil are generally very patient, stable, principled and honest. Its negative characteristics are too honesty and lack of flexibility.

C, gossip

Eight diagrams are eight basic natural phenomena summarized by our ancestor Fu after long-term observation of nature. These eight basic phenomena are heaven, earth, mountains, rivers, water, fire, thunder and wind. Because there are no words, Fu uses "one" for Yang and "-"for Yin. These two symbols are combined into eight different forms according to the changes of yin and yang in nature, which are called gossip. Gossip first describes natural phenomena, and then it is abstracted and applied to the laws of human society, and accordingly it becomes gan, Kun, gen, hui, Kan, Li, Zhen and Xun.

Later, Zhou Wenwang refined the gossip into sixty-four hexagrams. All kinds of natural phenomena and human social phenomena in the world are inseparable from gossip and sixty-four hexagrams.

It should be noted that five lines of gossip is also divided into Yin and Yang, which can correspond to each other. In addition, personality, fortune, feng shui and yin and yang, five elements and gossip are not one-to-one correspondence. Personality, fortune and geomantic omen are all different application scenarios in an ecosystem, and the underlying logic of this ecosystem is five lines of gossip of Yin and Yang. Yin and Yang, Five Elements and Eight Diagrams are widely used in our lives.
