Rank of four ancient cities: Huizhou, Langzhong, Pingyao and Old Town of Lijiang.

1, Huizhou, Anhui

In ancient times, the important physical buildings of Huizhou culture, such as pavilions, stone bridges and gardens, embodied the cultural characteristics of the Han nationality in Ming and Qing Dynasties. Located in the east of Huangshan City, it is the coordinate center of the tourist routes of Hangzhou, Huangshan, Qiandao Lake and Jiuhua Mountain.

2. Langzhong Ancient City

Langzhong was the temporary capital of Sichuan in Ming and Qing Dynasties. Its antique architectural style reflects the features of Shu-Han and Ba-Shu culture, and it is also the birthplace of China Spring Festival culture. Located in the northeast of Sichuan Province, it is a county-level city in Nanchong City, Sichuan Province.

3. Pingyao Ancient City

During the Ming and Qing Dynasties, the ancient city pool was rebuilt and expanded, and the streets, pavements and towers within the city walls maintained the shape of the Ming and Qing Dynasties. It is an important exhibition place of Han culture, religion, society and economy in China, known as "Little Beijing" and located in the middle of Shanxi Province.

4. Old Town of Lijiang

The most colorful ancient city in China is the cultural essence of the ethnic minorities in China. The local ethnic customs and entertainment activities are rich, including Naxi ancient music, Dongba ceremony, divination culture, ancient town bar and Naxi Torch Festival.
