Eight hundred years ago, a small town in Germany was infested with rats, and the whole city was helpless, so it had to abandon the city and flee. At this moment, the piper appeared. His clothes have strange colors, and there is a flute on his waist. He said he could get rid of the mice, but he had to pay. The residents of the town said that they could pay him 50 times as long as they could get rid of the mouse. The piper took out his flute and played a soft tune. All the mice ran out from under the bed in the ditch and followed the piper. The piper went to the river and continued to play the flute. Rats jumped into the river one by one and were all washed away by the river. The residents were very happy, but when the piper asked for a reward, the residents said they had no money to pay.
